Simply let our experts look after your holiday let - with you. Our most popular booking providers are Sykes Cottages & Travel Chapter. Their dedicated teams will meet with you, discuss the income they believe they can obtain for you & talk you through what they offer. When you decide to go for it – they will take your photographs, write your advertising & set your lodge live on their website. They advertise through a whole host of booking platforms so you will get their maximum exposure.

We can put you in touch with great local property management companies who can provide your changeover cleaning, welcome packs & hampers, laundry, deep cleans & property maintenance as well as responding to guest calls whilst your guests are staying in your lodge.

In summary – we have every aspect of letting your lodge out the simple & efficient way - covered. Allowing you to embrace your working life or retired life without hassle.

Letting out your property can be for a much or as little as you wish. The majority of our owners who let their lodges out do so from Easter to October. Booking in their main holidays during this time too but allowing the rest of the time it would otherwise be empty then earning them revenue to pay towards their lodge running costs. As we are open all year and our facilities are too, they don’t miss out and enjoy their properties off season too when the area is quieter.

We are very ‘Dogs Welcome’ too. We understand they are such an important part of your family. Families are most welcome and we are a great place to enjoy a holiday with your whole family – from Grandparents to Grandchildren, if you love nature & relaxation and family holidays together ~ you will love coming to stay with us.
